My stay at Regal Hongkong Hotel was enjoyable, buoyed by the really good service and the prime location near Causeway Bay. However, I found the rooms to be in need of renovation, which detracted from the overall experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home, though I did notice some inconsistencies in service friendliness across different departments.
